WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH You’ll work closely with the Senior Design Director and a multidisciplinary team across apparel, footwear, graphics, and accessories. You’ll collaborate with development, materials, innovation, and external makers to bring concepts from idea to final product. You’ll also connect directly with athletes and their teams, translating their stories, style, and defining moments into bespoke product. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking a passionate designer, a maker at heart who works fast, stays curious, and brings ideas to life through hands-on exploration. You have strong patternmaking and sewing skills, with a sharp eye for proportion, construction, and detail. You pair craft with advanced expertise in AI-powered design, visualization, and rendering tools such as Vizcom, using them fluently to accelerate ideation, push creative exploration, and bring concepts to life. • 3+ years of relevant work experience in Fashion Design or related field. • Advanced proficiency in AI tools, ie. Vizcom • Ability to apply and perform design skills such as drawing/sketching, ideation, color theory, use of texture, spacing and scale, visual presentation development and layout. • Familiarity with current trends, color and design. • Strong knowledge of pattern making, draping, materials, trims, garment fit, garment construction, and manufacturing. • Bachelor's degree in Apparel/Fashion Design or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training. WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON You’ll create bespoke product for the world’s most influential athletes and defining cultural moments. From AI-driven ideation to hands-on making, you’ll shape concepts into final product, pushing innovation, material, proportion, and construction through a Nike Atelier lens. • Design and develop apparel looks for key moments. • Create and refine patterns with accuracy and attention to fit and proportion. • Prototype garments to evolve creative direction. • Experiment with materials, finishes, and construction techniques. • Tech pack building and implement all apparel product details including construction detail, color, form, style, detail, fit performance, and trims. • Partner and clearly communicate with all relevant members within Design, Technical Development and external suppliers. • Build presentation decks TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU MUST SUBMIT A CREATIVE DESIGN PORTFOLIO.
